Upon receiving the claim, the insurance adjuster will be notified that GAS AUTO APPRAISALS has been assigned to handle the appraisal.
The assessment will be scheduled within 24 hours, based on availability and the appraisal will leave our office within 24 hours of the assessment appointment. Completed Mitchell/ADP appraisals can be uploaded immediately.
Should there be any unforeseen circumstances that will delay the completion of the appraisal for any period of time, the adjuster will be notified immediately with a full and detailed explanation.
If a total loss is verified, the adjuster will be notified immediately in order to help control costs.
Wherever allowed the use of aftermarket, re manufactured or quality recycled parts will be indicated.
Betterment will be applied based on your guidelines with explanation to the insured prior to repairs.
